Overview:

Thank you for your time and interest in making the New Hampshire Health Care Association (NHHCA) Fall Trade Show a continued success. Our annual Fall Trade Show is scheduled for September 23 & 24, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester. The educational program for the conference is being designed to ensure that attendees leave each session equipped with effective strategies to achieve operations excellence in long-term and transition to community based care. We offer educational workshops for the following attendees: health care facility ownership, management, chief executive officers, chief financial officers, operators, administrators, executive directors, activities directors, nursing, supervisors, department heads and dietary needs. We anticipate over 200 people will be in attendance at this conference. The NHHCA Fall Trade Show 2008 promises great exposure for you and your company. Speaking to this unique group is a great opportunity to get involved, lead the profession and share your areas of expertise.

	All proposals must be submitted by Friday, April 25, 2008, 5:00 pm EST.
	If you are not available on September 23-24, 2008 please do not submit an application
	If you are available for the convention dates, please put a tentative hold on the dates. The speaker selection process will be completed by mid-May 2008.
	You may submit more than one proposal. Please use a separate form for each proposal.
	Submitting a proposal does not guarantee that your presentation will be selected. NHHCA reserves the right to make final presentation selections and edit narratives, abstracts, and learning objectives.

Speakers will be chosen based upon the following criteria:

	Quality, timeliness and value of content
	Relevance to the needs of the NHHCA member and convention attendees
