The New Hampshire Health Care Association (NHHCA) invites you to submit a presentation proposal for our 2010 education and events. Please make sure to fill out the following information and only submit 100% completed proposals.

Who Should Submit a Proposal?:
As a long term care professional you have the experience to understand the trends, issues, and challenges facing you and your colleagues. Now is your chance to share that knowledge and experience; from success stories to professional insights, you have the opportunity to enhance long term care in New Hampshire. Anyone can apply to be an education presenter. We welcome proposals from providers, state agencies, long term care organizations, business members, consultants, and all others interested in submitting a proposal.

Audience Characteristics:
NHHCA represents more than 90 long term care facilities statewide, providing care to more than 8,500 elderly and disabled people. Education sessions draw a range of 30 – 200 attendees while some convention sessions will draw over 250 attendees. Our audience represents all disciplines from both independent and multi-facility organizations and both not-for-profit and proprietary organizations. The attendees have varying levels of experience in the long term care profession from significant experience (10+ years) to moderate experience (5-10 years) and limited experience (0-5 years).

Seminar Focus & Topics of Interests:
NHHCA invites you to submit a seminar proposal with a focus directed to usable, relevant information such as: care practice, culture change, business & financial management, human resource, innovations & advancements, leadership, marketing, performance excellence, documentation & assessment, customer service, workforce development, and much more. Even though your education information may not fall directly in one of the categories listed above we still strongly encourage you to submit a proposal.

Speaker Fees/ Expenses:
For over half a century, New Hampshire Health Care Association has earned an outstanding reputation for providing high quality educational programs. We select speakers who share their expertise for the overall benefit of the long-term care profession.

Speakers who waive their fees (honorarium, travel reimbursement, etc) will be given top priority in the selection process. As an effort to keep registration fees at a minimum and pass the savings on to the attendees. If you require or expect an honorarium or reimbursement for any of your expenses, you must indicate it in section IV.
