Constitution & Bylaws
2005 Chairperson: Tom Argue, Webster At Rye
Shall be concerned with all matters relating to NHHCA
incorporation, Constitution and By-Laws, regulation and rules of
permanent organization of any meeting of the NHHCA. The Chair of
this committee shall also serve as NHHCA Parliamentarian.
Development

Sirois, Gulf South Medical Supply
Develop and hold social and fundraising events as approved by the
Membership or Board of Directors. Seek sponsors for educational
events and programs. Ensure proper accounting of all fundraising
activities in conjunction with the Association accountants.
Solicit new members at all levels focusing on assisted living
members.

2005 Co-Chairperson: Angela Fiore, Greenbriar Terrace
Review and research deficiencies identified by Task Force on
Survey Process. Review and comment on life safety aspects of any
rule or legislation. Research state of the art ergonomic and other
safety programs resources and report to General Membership.
Long Term Care Nurses Committee

Review, report and comment on referred federal and/or state
legislation and proposed rules affecting nursing issues to analyze
impact on members.

Care Members - and ensure that membership services are provided
