Program:

As called for under RSA 151, all direct staff, facility administrators, or owners who will be performing resident assessments at your facility are required to take this revised residential care assessment tool. Topics of discussion will include: using the assessment tool document, statutory and regulatory requirements, evaluation and scoring tips, techniques and patients’ rights and introduction to generic care plans. This course will be administered by instructors trained by the Bureau of Health Facilities Administration.

Who Should Attend:

All staff responsible for conducting resident assessments at your facility. If you or the person(s) designated to conduct resident assessments has attended an Assessment Tool Training program since the Winter of 2002, your training is current. This program is designed for staff of those facilities currently without someone trained in the revised program or who would like to have additional staff trained to conduct assessments.

Registration:

Limited to the first 20 registrant

Fax your registrations today and then forward to your accounting department for payment. A minimum of 15 registrants are needed to conduct this course. If this minimum is not met, the program may need to be canceled. If a cancellation is made by the Association due to lack of attendance you will be contacted immediately.
