The link above will provide you with
a copy of the Scholarship Application for the 2007—2008 academic
year. Please post it and feel free to make as many copies as
needed. Please note that all applicants must be a current employee
of a New Hampshire long term care facility and must be pursuing an
associate’s degree or higher in the field of long term care.

The
Foundation will be awarding the annual Vivienne Wisdom
Scholarship as well as several other scholarships. Scholarship
recipients will be awarded funds distributed towards 2nd semester
of 07/08 school year.

application is completed in entirety, including three written
recommendations and acceptance letter from college institution.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
