Workforce Retention and Engagement: Perspective from NH’s Gold Award Winning Recipient
Gail Cushing from Applewood Center in Winchester, NH shares how her organization creates an environment for employee retention and satisfaction. She will highlight what has worked well in their organization in rural NH and what steps other organizations can take as they tackle their workforce challenges.

Learning Objectives:

    • Identify strategies that can be used to drive recruitment and retention.
    • Identify strategies to assess and engage the workforce.
    • Discuss the role workforce development plays in reducing turnover.
