Mike will present a LIVE Suvey LIVE! He will discuss the new survey process (SNF/NF), recent survey outcomes (ALL), and reflect on his first five years as Bureau Chief and look at what may be ahead for all types of facilities!

We cannot ask our staff to care for our residents if we don’t first care for them. This program will state an extension of that; our caregivers cannot possibly care for our residents if they don’t first care for themselves. It will then explore simple, time-efficient ways to make sure that you care for yourself on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
The above programs will offer 2.0 CEUs to attendees.
