Through the lens of the pandemic, Healthcentric Advisors’ nursing home team has supplied technical assistance to hundreds of New England nursing home providers and has gained significant insight into strategies that have eased provider burden in three distinct areas- operations, workforce, and culture. It is our experience that focusing on this “trifecta” can improve outcomes and organizational resilience.
